Refund policy

At Gengi Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your suit. If your fit isn’t perfect, we are here to help. We happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with all original tags and hygiene liners intact.

1. The Basics

Return Window: All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.

Condition: For hygiene reasons, suits must be tried on over underwear. Items returned with stains, odors, or missing hygiene liners will be sent back at the customer's expense and will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exchanges (Always Free)

We want you to find your perfect Gengi fit!

• We offer one-time free exchanges for a different size or color of the same style.

• We cover the shipping for your new item to get to you.

3. Refunds

Refund to Original Payment: A $7.00 processing & shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover the return label.

Store Credit: If you choose to receive your refund as Gengi Store Credit, we will waive the $7.00 fee and give you the full value of your return.

4. How to Start Your Return

We’ve made it easy. You don't need to email us to get started!

1. Visit our [Self-Serve Return Portal] (Link this to yourstore.com/account).

2. Enter your Order Number and Email.

3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.

4. Print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop it off at any  UPS/USPS location.

5. Final Sale Items

• Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase or discounted by 40% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
