Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Excluding weekends and major holidays in the US.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please allow within 24 hours for your tracking to show any updates.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Gengi Swimwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and any fees including order returns to us for inaccurate delivery information.
Damages
In any event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible info@gengiswimwear.com with order number and photo of the item condition. We will address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution.
