1. What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes XS–XL. Please refer to our Size Chart to find your best fit.

2. How do I know my size?

Use our Size Chart and follow the “How to Measure” guide.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

3. What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, swimwear is final sale.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly assist you.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We offer exchanges on unworn, unused, and unwashed swimsuits with the hygiene liner still attached.

To start an exchange, email info@gengiswimwear.com.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times vary by location:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Please note: During new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of being placed.

After that, the order begins processing and cannot be modified.

8. What fabric do you use?

Our swimsuits are made with luxury Italian fabric and produced in Miami, Florida for premium quality, fit, and durability.

9. How do I care for my swimsuit?

To keep your bikini looking new:

• Hand wash only

• Use cold water and mild soap

• Lay flat to dry

• Avoid dryers, washers, and rough surfaces

This will extend the life and elasticity of your swimwear.
